Our History

Since opening it’s doors six years ago, Dough has been striving to push the boundaries with our creative pizzas. Our bases arrive in the building in the form of bags of , ’00’ white, whole-wheat & rice flour, olive oil and yeast, with everything on our menu made with extra helpings of love and completely from scratch by our own Dough chefs.   These same chefs who are continuously playing with our recipes and toying with ideas to create the perfect Neapolitan style pizza.

Award winning in our first year.  Even better in our sixth year and still completely independent, we pride ourselves on the knowledge we have gained over the past six years perfecting our regular, gluten free and whole-wheat dough.

We’re not called Dough for nothing.

Dough Pizza Kitchen is an exciting restaurant bringing a fresh slice of pizza, style and choice to Manchester’s Northern Quarter, on the vibrant High Street, not far from the Printworks, MEN Arena, the Arndale Shopping Centre and Shudehill Interchange.

Situated in the heart of the city’s independent creative district, Dough offers a contemporary approach to pizza and fuses family friendliness with urban cool to create a unique, affordable dining experience.

Book a Table

Cut off for same day bookings is 2pm.

If no tables are available at your selected time, the restaurant is fully booked for that time slot. Please try an alternative.  We do not accept table requests.

Tables of 7 or more must book via the phone.

Please Note : tables booked separately cannot be joined as they may be in different parts of the restaurant.

All tables will be held for a maximum of 20 mins.

We accept City Scene and Gourmet Society Cards when booked in 24 hours in advance.

We currently do not accept City Scene or Gourmet Society in December, Special Events, Bank Holidays or after 5pm Fri & all day Sat.

The dough is made fresh through out the day by our chefs, topped with our own homemade tomato sauce and mozzarella, unless stated.
