Year of the Pig

It’s Chinese New Year on the 04th February! To celebrate we are cooking up something very special in our pizza kitchen. With it being the Year of the Pig our chefs are feeling very inspired, and you should see what they have cooked up.

To start with we have Dough’s very own Spring Rolls a classic Asian specialty rolled ins pizza dough, surrounded by fresh lettuce and egg fried rice.

The main attraction is our Pai Gu Wang Pizza, BBQ SPARE RIBS on a pizza. Served with chunky Cantonese style vegetables.
